Signature Collection pieces are usually commenced within 3 days of receiving your order, and I will happily accept cancellation requests or any sizing changes within this time. If you decide to cancel your order within the 3 days / 72 hours, you will be issued with a full refund via the payment method you have used at checkout. After this time, I am unable to accept cancellations/issue refunds based on change of mind, sizing, or exchanges for other pieces - as the nature of all pieces are made-to-order. By confirming your order at checkout, you acknowledge your pieces/s are being made-to-order, and accept the timing guide given per piece.
I strive to create high quality pieces, with each item being assessed and carefully wrapped/packed before being shipped to your door. On the rare occasion there is a genuine fault with your item upon receipt, please email immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that I cannot accept responsibility for damages in transit once your package has left the studio.
All custom orders are final sale.

Please be as accurate as possible when determining your ring size ~ ! All sizing information can be viewed on the Ring Sizing page.
If you have a change of size after making your order, please be in touch within 3 days.
Incase you need your piece re-sized after you have received it, please be in touch via email for a quote.

Please treat all items with care. All Signature Collection items are of a handmade nature and should be considered fragile. Your piece will wear over time with you, this is a natural characteristic of most metals.
All Signature Collection patches are completely hand-cut and stitched from the finest materials ~ stitching and yarns are of a fragile nature. All patches feature a felt fabric sew-through backing. Gently spot clean if neccessary, do not wash.
R E P A I R S
I will happily accept all repairs of Signature Collection pieces. Please be in touch via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a description of the repair and any images if possible. I will be in touch as soon as possible.
I endeavour to make all repairs free-of-charge, although in the special case your repair is something major, I will inform you of any costs in advance.
I am happy to re-size your ring for a small fee, please be in touch for a quote.
Please note that return postage costs for all repairs and re-sizing are covered by the buyer.

Store your piece individually in its custom box or bag when not being worn or used. Avoid storing with other pieces incase of tangling, knocking, or scratching. Keep your piece away from pets, children, chemicals (such as chlorine, make-up, etc.), extreme temperatures, salt water, and sunlight. Detergents, oils and perfumes can cause tarnishing to the metal.
Remove jewellery when undertaking tasks that would place the piece/s under strain or force. Please consider each piece as fragile.
Jewellery can be cleaned gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not use paper towels or tissues. Make sure each piece is completely dry before storing or wearing.
All pieces have an oxidised finish ~ this can wear off over time due to environmental factors or the PH level of the owners skin. This is not a default, but a natural characteristic that appears with time.
